Helen Chang founded H&S ABA Care with a mission to make high-quality ABA therapy accessible to families across New York City and Long Island. With a background in business management, she brings strategic vision and operational leadership to the agency — ensuring that every family receives not only excellent clinical care, but also a seamless, supportive experience from their very first call.

As the driving force behind H&S ABA Care, she is committed to building a team of exceptional clinicians, fostering partnerships with leading researchers, and creating an agency where families feel truly heard and supported.

Qi Zhou, MA, BCBA, LBA Clinical Director

Qi brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and cross-cultural understanding to her role as Clinical Director at H&S ABA Care. She holds a Master of Arts in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and is both a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

With experience spanning special education, clinical ABA therapy, and behavioral health, Qi has worked across a range of settings — from public schools to in-home and telehealth programs. Her clinical skills include functional behavior assessments, VB-MAPP and ABLLS assessments, single-subject research design, and staff training and supervision.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Qi is passionate about bridging the gap for bilingual families navigating the ABA process. She believes every child deserves a treatment plan that reflects who they are — and every family deserves a clinician who truly understands them.
